The Munster Circuit 2011 was attended by the CluainUltaigh's show dogs and as ever had mixed results though it was great fun and lots of laughs.
The Munster Circuit started on the Sunday 14th August at Clonmel and the first highlight of the week for Ruthe was that Semitar Winters Moon (AKA) Sky, owned by Thelma and Eddie Cushley, entered in the Puppy Class, won her class and was awarded the Reserve Green Star which was quickly followed by an instant telephone call to Thelma and Eddie Cushley to give them the news. They were delighted with the result. To be trusted to look after and show another exhibitors show dogs we feel has to be a compliment of the highest order, our thanks to them both for this honour.
The week was very enjoyable and every show had its ups and downs, "Shadow" Fearnach Blue Rhapsody at CluainUltaigh earning himself another Reserve Green Star and on the final day, at Tralee, Ruthe had another highlight with "Benji" Semitar Spice Dream at CluainUltaigh gaining the Green Star and Reserve Best of Breed and when the tears had been cleared lady "Lacey" Milesend Corndolly, also owned by Eddie and Thelma Cushley, was awarded the Reserve Green Star in the bitch line up. Once again a telephone call to Thema and Eddie was called for and again the pride coming down the line. A lovely end to the Circuit.
